74.1 Any dispute or difference not otherwise expressly provided for in these Regulations between a Club and any Player shall be referred in writing to a Player Related Dispute Commission for consideration and adjudication. 68.8 The Board shall determine any dispute between Clubs about the method of payment of a Compensation Fee.
